The hotel is conveniently located near the River Thames, providing easy access to cultural attractions like the Tate Modern gallery and Shakespeare's Globe theatre. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any questions or requests. the room was clean and well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I especially appreciated the plush duvet and variety of pillow options for a comfortable night's sleep. the free Express Start Breakfast offered a great selection of fresh, hot, and healthy options to fuel me for the day ahead. the hotel's lobby bar was a great place to unwind and enjoy a relaxed drink after a day of exploring London. the living wall in the lobby was a nice touch, full of flowering plants and grasses that added to the ambiance of the hotel. Overall, the Holiday Inn Express in Southwark is a great value place to stay, perfect for those looking to explore the vibrant city of London.
